The Immersive Web Development Course spans 10-weeks and focuses on Ruby, Rails, Javascript, and HTML/CSS. After completion of the course, MakerSquare will help the graduates find internships, apprenticeships, or full time positions in tech companies across the nation. The school has graduated two classes of students to date. All students in the first graduating class have been matched with an employer and students in the second graduating class are currently interviewing for future positions. Alumni have also started companies after graduating from the course.

MakerSquare also offers a part time front end development course focused on JavaScript and HTML/CSS, as well as an Android Development bootcamp focused on building applications for Android mobile devices. MakerSquare classes are very project based, where students work hands-on to build real applications to showcase in their portfolios.  A $2,000 scholarship is also offered to women as an initiative to address the gender gap of women working in technology.

Details of the scholarship will be included in the 3DS Success Kit that all alumni receive access to after completion of the program. The kit currently includes other resources such as free hosting from Rackspace, a Microsoft Bizspark account, discounted legal services from DLA Piper, and more.
