A big hello to everyone tuning in to the 3DS Fall blog updates. Let me start by giving you a brief idea of the heart of 3DS.
The power behind 3 Day Startup comes from a passion to take the entrepreneurial experience from talks to action. 3DS is a weekend filled with new ideas for technology based companies, 40 participants, and three days to go from concept to implementation of design. Kind of like amazing chocolate chip cookies. Take the best ingredients, mix them up, and put them to cook for no time flat, and violà, a business is born.
Now for two quick but important announcements:
1) Applications are being accepted right now for those who are interested in participating in 3DS.
2) Join the 3DS crew for a happy hour at the Spider House Café (outside) (http://www.spiderhousecafe.com/) from 4:30 PM to 6:00 PM for the chance to network and bat some ideas around over some frosty drinks.
To recap, last Thursday was the info session for 3DS, and in case you missed it and would like to see it, we’re working to get it up on our YouTube page as soon as possible. Stay tuned for that announcement.
